How long does a typical project take?

The project timeline depends on the scope of deliverables. Generally, branding packages typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Blogs and websites take 4-6 weeks from start to finish, including design & development.
 

Does my business need to be local?

Not at all! Thanks to technology, it’s easier than ever to stay connected. Our team is remote and we’re able to meet you wherever you are. We are always just an email, text, or video conference away.
 

What platform(s) do you use for website design?

We use Squarespace for all website design projects. Its ease of use, 24-hour customer service, the ability to customize any template to fit your brands aesthetic, and the option to add or remove additional code, makes Squarespace a one-stop shop for all your web design needs.

If you already have a website on a different platform (WIX, WordPress, Shopify, etc), we are happy to make updates to your existing site using your preferred platform, but for new projects, we will only use Squarespace.

First, fill out the inquiry form so we can have a starting point for your project details. I'll follow up with an email to make sure I have a clear understanding of your needs. From there, we'll schedule a time to chat via phone or Zoom to get to know one another better.
 

What if I’m not happy with the final deliverables?

Because our process is highly collaborative, this is rare. However, it may happen. If you aren't happy with the initial mock-up, then we will start the process free of charge. If when the final project is delivered you require additional revisions, beyond what's offered in your package, we are happy to provide those for a small fee.
